All handloom products are handmade. Minor variation in colour, weave, texture and finish between pieces — and between the product and its photograph or website image — is a natural feature of handloom work and is not treated as a defect.

Products are subject to availability. Weavesnwear reserves the right to modify, discontinue or limit any product or collection without prior notice.

Retail orders are confirmed once payment is received. Wholesale and bulk orders are confirmed only after a written or email quotation is accepted by the customer and any advance payment requested is received.

Home demo visits for bulk purchase are arranged by prior appointment and do not create any obligation to purchase on either side.

Corporate gifting orders, custom packaging and any personalisation are made to the specifications confirmed by the customer in writing. Production begins only after design/specification and advance payment (where applicable) are confirmed.

Customised or personalised items are not eligible for return, exchange or cancellation once production has started, except where the item is defective.

Wedding and trousseau orders, given their volume and timelines, are recommended to be booked well in advance. Delivery dates communicated for such orders are estimates and depend on order size, customisation and season.

Delivery timelines shared at the time of order are estimates and may vary due to courier, transit or circumstances outside our control.

Returns and exchanges, where offered, must be raised within the timeframe communicated at the time of purchase, with the product unused and in its original condition. Products bought during sales, or customised/made-to-order items, may not be eligible for return or exchange.

Weavesnwear's total liability for any claim relating to a product or service is limited to the value of the specific order in question.

• Weavesnwear is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, including loss of use, profit, or opportunity, arising from a purchase or service.
• Weavesnwear is not liable for delays, loss or damage caused by third-party couriers, logistics partners, payment gateways, or events beyond its reasonable control (including but not limited to natural calamities, strikes, or government action).
• Colour, texture and minor sizing variation inherent to handloom and handcrafted products does not constitute a defect and is not grounds for a liability claim.
• Weavesnwear is not responsible for misuse, improper care, or damage to a product after delivery/handover.
• Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Any concern regarding an order, product or service should first be raised with the showroom or by writing to weavesnwear@gmail.com, with the order details, so it can be looked into directly.

If a concern is not resolved to your satisfaction, it may be escalated in writing for a review by management; Weavesnwear's decision following that review is final. These terms, and any dispute arising from them, are governed by the laws of India, subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Faridabad, Haryana.

Customer details and the customer relationship arising from any purchase, enquiry, wholesale dealing, home demo, or corporate/wedding order — whether made directly, through the website, showroom, or a channel partner — belong to Weavesnwear.

Customer information shared with Weavesnwear is used only to fulfil orders, respond to enquiries, and share updates, and is not to be used or shared by any dealer, wholesaler or partner beyond the specific order or engagement they were involved in.

The Weavesnwear name, logo, website content, product designs and photography are the property of Weavesnwear and may not be copied, reproduced or used commercially without written permission.

Weavesnwear may update these terms from time to time. The updated terms take effect once published on this page; continued use of our services after an update means you accept the revised terms.
